Patient Information
The Comprehensive Wound Healing Center sees patients by appointment only. We prefer patients to be referred from the hospital or their primary care provider. Patients who have been previously discharged from the Center may call and schedule an appointment to be seen again.

Office Visits
Upon arrival at the Center, patients will follow usual hospital procedures of registraion. All patients should bring a photo ID, proof of insurance and a complete list of their medications. Patients will be required to complete medical history forms.
After being evaluated by the nursing staff, the physician will see the patient and conduct further evaluations. The physician will then make and discuss a plan of care with the patient.
At discharge, patients will be provided teaching material and outpatient diagnostic procedures will be scheduled if necessary.
