Upon arrival to East Georgia Regional Medical Center, please present to the admissions desk and an admission's specialist will begin the registration process.
To complete your registration, please bring the following items with you:
- Health Insurance Card(s)
- Picture Identification (driver's license, etc.)
- Physician's Order
- List of Current Medications
- Medkey Card (if you already have one)
After completion of the registration process, a member of our staff will escort you to your room. All rooms are private rooms.
